You may not rent or lease the software, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this software terminates automatically and you then must destroy all copies of this software in your possession. The software and related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and Magic Potion expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Magic Potion be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the software or related documentation, even if Magic Potion has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

III. Market Data - Terms and Conditions

You shall use Magic Charts only for your individual use and shall not furnish such charts to any other person or entity. You should not diffuse these data by means of whatever kind except with special authorisation of Magic Potion Software.

You understand that neither Magic Potion Software nor any participating national securities exchange or association nor any supplier of market data guarantees the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, completeness, reliability or content of market information, or messages disseminated to or by any party. You understand that neither Magic Potion Software nor any participating national securities exchange or association nor any supplier of market data guaranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. You agree that your use the Magic Potion Software service is at your sole risk. The Magic Potion Software service is provided on an "as is", "as available" basis without guaranties of any kind, either written or implied, including, without limitation, those of adaptation to a particular purpose.

The charts presented by Magic Potion Software on its Magic Charts site or by email is simply information. By no means, could Magic Potion Software be responsible for errors, omissions, alterations, delivery times or any damage, direct or indirect, which would result from the use of the Service or of its contents what ever it may be. Magic Potion Software recommends not making any decisions based on this information without checking it. The user will be, under any circumstance, the only person responsible for the use that he makes of it. As a consequence, the user agrees to use the chart and information that is proposed to him in his own interest and his own risk.

IV. Technical constraints of use.

Although Magic Potion Software does its best to offer the most powerful and reliable service possible: Magic Potion Software will not accept any refunding and any complaint in the event of failure of its servers and more generally its technical infrastructure (provider...) Magic Potion Software will not accept any refunding and any complaint in the event of interruption of the service for any duration less than one week. For an interruption longer than one week, Magic Potion Software will prolong the duration of the subscription chosen by the Member, for aduration equal to that of the interruption.

difficult

I had a difficult time converting my data into a format that allowed the software to read it. This may work for some but was not a right fit with me.
